Before I post my resolutions for 2014, I thought I'd follow up with my 2013 resolutions. You can read about them here.
Here is how I rate myself, on a scale of 1-10:
Cultivate Creativity: 7
Even though I didn't follow through with my "Project 52" here on the blog, I was very intentional about being creative. I experimented in the kitchen (here, here, here, here, here, here, here) and I challenged myself artistically (here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here).
Moisturize More: 9
I have extremely dry skin! Even though I (now) live in a very humid place, I still have to moisturize my skin. This year I have been using coconut oil instead of lotion. I put it on my face, neck, chest, legs, and hands. It works really well and I'm glad to have a natural option. You should try it sometime!
Have Abundant Adventures: 15
Well, I finished my Master's degree, got married, and moved to Brazil! I'd say those things are very adventurous, wouldn't you?
Of course, these are just a few examples of life in 2013. Feel free to browse through the blog to read about my crazy life this past year. Hopefully 2014 provides a little bit more stability and just as much happiness!

2013 Review
2013 was quite eventful! I finished my Master's degree, got married, and moved to Brazil! Whew! I wonder what will happen in 2014?!?!
I have big aspirations for 2014, which I'll write about in a later post. In the meantime, here are my favorite posts from 2013.
July
You can find all the rest of my blog posts in the "archives" located in the right sidebar.
(In other news, I'm feeling really old. Peter's sister is telling us all about her first semester of college and I'm remember my first semester of college, and it seems like sooooo long ago! 8 years, can you believe it???)
What is your favorite memory of 2013?

2013 Resolutions
Ah, yes, the dreaded "resolutions" post. Actually, New Year's resolutions don't upset me. I rarely make them, but when I do, I always keep them. Yes, I'm one of those people. Maybe it's my incredible stubbornness, maybe it's my iron strong will-power... maybe I'm just crazy. I don't know...
One of my friends wrote in her blog that she wants to be more active - physically, mentally, spiritually, etc. I think that is a perfect resolution. It is specific, but it is not overwhelming. It is something that will enhance her life but not stress her out. I love it. I think I may just steal it! :)
So in addition to my friend's resolution, which I am now claiming as well, here are the other "resolutions" I have come up with:
1. Cultivate creativity.
2. Moisturize more. (I have really dry skin. And I need to moisturize, but I'm too lazy...)
3. Abundant adventures! (add: always alliterate? haha, nerd alert!)
