Made with Paper

Here are some more of my sketches from the iPad app, Paper.  I like to sketch out ideas, but then I have no idea what to do with them!!!  I think I need to go back and flesh out some ideas and clean them up. I'm not an artist, and I don't think any of these ideas would end  up being good enough for selling prints or anything like that.  I just do it for fun, to see how creative I can be, or to relax after a long day.

Experimenting with borders

Clearly I am drawn to flowers and patterns.  What are you sketching these days?

A sketch on the iPad app, Paper

Here is another installation to my "made with paper" category.

You'll remember my previous posts about the iPad app, Paper, from here and here.

Today, as usual, it's flowers.

I also decided that abstract art works better in 3-D and multi-media, as you can tell by this horribly ugly experiment:

Tchau for now!
P.S. No, I did not misspell "tchau."  That's how they spell it here in Brazil.

Made with Paper - Sketching out ideas

Paper is an iPad app that I use to sketch out ideas.  I like it because it has a "watercolor" brush and endless color possibilities.  Check out their website to see what other, more creative people are doing with the app.

Made with Paper - The Perfect Living Room

So I had issues with the couch.  But other than that, I really like this sketch.  I used the ipad app, Paper.

This drawing wasn't part of The Pen and Paper Challenge, although it could be, I suppose.

The Pen and Paper Challenge - #1

Art supplies are expensive here.  All I have on hand are blank pieces of paper and pens.  So I decided to challenge myself.  How creative can I be with just a piece of paper and a pen or two?

Here goes "The Pen and Paper Challenge"

Businessy

I need business cards! But I don't really have the software or printing capabilities to print my own, and ordering is too expensive.  So I tore up some paper that my pen-pal sent me and added text with my calligraphy pen.  I'm not sure if I like it, but it's better than nothing!
