Make yourself a cup of hot tea, sit in your coach, and listen to Bach Contata 191. I'm doing the same thing right now while writing my thesis. It's very relaxing and energizing. Try it. Or listen to the same piece while you go for a nice walk in the morning or late afternoon. It's exercising and relaxing at the same time. Hope you feel better :)
