Food, again

Some things in Rio are ridiculously expensive.  For instance, a Kitchen Aid mixer in the States is around $300-500.  Here they go for about $4,000.  A normal restaurant (for example, Mexican food) can range from $25-50 per person.  So we were really excited to find this little fast-food place next to our apartment.  All the food you see in the pic cost $10 total (including drinks).  Two plates - each containing chicken, rice, salad, french fries, beans, farofa (a Brazilian thing we put on the beans and rice), dessert (not pictured), and soda, for $5 each meal.  That's even cheaper than this time.

And it was so much food we both couldn't finish!  Next time we'll share a plate.
